From the first question to a decision you can defend.
Every engagement follows the same five steps, whether it covers one counterparty or a portfolio. Here is what happens at each step, and what you receive at the end.

The same method on every engagement.
- 01
Define
We start with the details of your operations and the decision you face: the transaction, policy, grant or partnership, the parties, the jurisdictions, and the questions that would change your answer. Scope and timeline are agreed before work begins.
- 02
Discover
Corporate registries, court and regulatory records, financial filings, archives, open sources and third-party data where it applies, in each jurisdiction the structure touches. Every item stays tied to where it came from.
- 03
Map
Names are resolved into companies and people, then we map ownership, control, directorships, intermediaries and the documented movement of money between them, past the first tier.
- 04
Assess
Each link is tested against its sources and coincidences are rejected. An analyst confirms every finding, ties it to its primary source and checks it for relevance to your decision.
- 05
Deliver
A written assessment with the main findings first, the network map, the evidence behind each finding, and next steps: what to clear, what to escalate and what to ask the counterparty.
Every finding confirmed, and tied to its source.
An analyst confirms each finding before it reaches you, and every one points to the primary source it stands on, so your own team can check it.
Appearing in a network is not wrongdoing. We separate the people who sit near a risk from the people behind it.
